Excellent service! I ordered through Uber, and there weren’t many customization options available, but they called me to confirm my order and ensure everything was correct.

Overall, it was a good experience, and I wish I could rate it 5 stars. However, the addition of the app hasn't made ordering any quicker or more accurate. It felt like time was wasted just trying to specify preferences, and it seems they don’t pay attention to the details. The beverages were disappointing; the drinks were flat, and the tea was too weak, with a water-to-tea ratio of about 5:1. I wouldn't recommend bothering with this place. Food rating: 3/5.

I ordered a Jalapeno Cheeseburger, but I received a chicken sandwich instead. The manager apologized and acknowledged that mistakes happen, but there was no offer for a refund or a replacement burger. I understand everyone can make mistakes, including myself. However, I would appreciate more focus on finding solutions. The manager hasn't provided any options.

Great classic good service. Staff seem happy with their job and management is amazing. Shout to AJ, he was a manager when I went to this place and was great.
