Bidra med feedbackOn another note, the new mozzarella cheeseburger was disappointing. The mozzarella didn’t even melt, and there was so little marinara sauce that it barely added any flavor—it tasted almost like water.
I was really disappointed with my recent experience. I placed an order just 40 minutes before closing, and when I arrived, I found six employees just standing around doing nothing. If I were a district manager, I would definitely make some changes. The staff was rude, and it was frustrating that they didn't seem to speak English very well. It felt like they were closing early and wasting food, which is unfair to the business. Overall, I would rate this experience a 1 out of 5.

Don't order online. They claim to have a $0.99 menu, but they've never had the $0.99 classic chicken sandwich, even though it's listed. They don't have vanilla Frosties, but do offer chocolate and strawberry frozen options. It's disappointing, and we will likely remove the Wendy’s on Southwest Parkway from our restaurant list. It's just not worth the price.
We were totally ignored by the staff and ended up leaving due to lack of service. NEVER COMING BACK.
