Chow Bistro - Collegeville

We dined at Chow last night for the first time and the experience was incredible. From the moment that we walked in the door, we were greeted with friendly service from Benjamin. Hats off to all the kitchen staff, especially Demi and Wilson. All three of our dinners were fantastic! I ordered the blacken salmon, which was flavorful and cooked to perfection. Being BYOB allowed us to bring our favorite wines, which was an added bonus. I highly recommend eating at Chow. It’s a new favorite of mine and I’ll definitely be back.

First time seeing this place. We enjoyed our time out with friends very much. I was wrong about how formal the atmosphere would be. No tablecloths made of linen like in several of the photographs. It must have been a noteworthy event. My spouse was startled to see that we used paper napkins. The waiter was nice. With grilled peach crostini, we began. Ricotta cheese, bacon, and a balsamic glaze made it tasty. My spouse ordered the chicken piccata for dinner. He enjoyed it. Asparagus and mashed potatoes were included. The crab cakes were mine. They included 2 enormous, at least 1-inch-thick crab cakes, fries, and broccoli.

What a jewel of a restaurant! perfect date night experience. her menu has a great other flare and it was definitiw delicious from the brot, oktopus shown in image, salmon meeresfruit pasta. we will definitely come back.

My wife and I wanted to have a date night for one because and could not have chosen a better position. the service, the food and the atmosphere surpassed the expectations. a somewhat “hidden” gem in collegeville, which rivals every upscale restaurant. very friendly staff and an incredible menu that they cannot go wrong. only ingenious
