Panera Bread - Collegeville

If I and my family wait 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches and 2 soups, we would expect them to be at least hot sandwiches. To say the chicken was warm would be a generous description. The rolls... surprised I didn't find frost on them. Understand the state of the workers, I would have waited patiently for GET FOOD THAT WAS HOT.

Called to change an online catering order for the morning of my wedding. District Manager Chris was so nice and accommodating. A great customer service experience!

Not bad but not special either. The broccoli cheddar soup was really good, but their sandwiches don?t have much filling

They frequently make mistakes in the customized online orders. once, one of the managers said they would replace the meal. We ordered 3 sandwiches without the sauce (relish) and this was clearly indicated in the online order. And, we asked for one without cheese. They put cheese and the sauce/relish on all of them. We didn't go back in for about 1 month and when we brought this up, that manager said he vaguely remembered and then another manager said they can't give free food. Not the way to deliver good service. they reluctantly placed the new order but made us feel like we were stealing from them, when they are the ones making the mistakes in the orders.

OMG this place was incredible. I've heard of Panera bread but assumed it was about subway type place. if may be as bit expensive there but the price is worth it since the food is fresh tasting and so delicious. if there was one near me my husband and I would eat there daily. it's a must have at least once
