Milano's Pizza - Collierville

So, after being told by another pizza place that they ?were not doing pasta right now? I decided to give Milano?s a try. I loved their pizza we used to get it all the time. But my wife had chicken Alfredo. It was absolutely terrible. The Alfredo sauce wasn?t Alfredo sauce it looks like they poured a large cup of milk on top of a bowl of bow tie pasta and sprinkled a little Parmesan cheese on top of it and the mediocre chicken. It was practically inedible. The pizzabarely had sauce on it but had plenty of cheese. Not the flavor I remember either. They need to really focus on quality. Nice people. Friendly with good service but the food quality was poor this time. At least the pizza was edible.

First time with Milano's. Online ordering was super easy and fast. Order was ready on time and accurate. Employees were friendly and greeted us happily when we picked up the order. Food was great especially the Stromboli! Calzone and supreme pizza had zero complaints. Milano's just became my new favorite pizza place! Looking forward to the next visit.

Recently visited from out of town. At first, was excited to try this what seemed like an Diamond in the Ruff place out.Ordered along with a couple other parents on a Saturday afternoon. Was told it would take 20-30 min. One worker made the food while the other walked around with a sleeping baby. After 45 min went by we started to become a little discouraged. The man making the food started to become very passive aggressive with the other employee and making comments that were not professional.Finally after one local came in, ordered (25 min after we placed our order) and received his food, I asked if mine was still being made. The local gentleman who already finished his slice went into the back (not a worker) and got the employee originally making the food. Once the employee came out, he asked if I came in with the big group . I mentioned that there was two other families that ordered and he decided to try and belittle me by saying, Well there you go At this point I reminded him that he said the order would take 20-30 min and it was now over an hour. No OTHER orders have come in either until this point. The employee then decided to yell really loud, Well she is an idiot and told you the wrong time . I then reminded this employee that HE was in fact the one that told us the time. This employee went onto say, Whelp, I guess i 'm the idiot then, HAPPY! At this point it is now 1 hour and 15 min since the order was placed. The food was thrown onto the counter and comments were said under the employees breath.I cannot believe the disrespect to not only myself as a customer but to the other employee that was clearly scared to do anything without getting their head chewed off.

This place is amazing.. like a little whole in the wall place ! I love the atmosphere, the food !! The Cannoli was made to perfection. The Stromboli roll was super good ! You can tell it was made with a lot of love ! You can see they put there all into what is made ! My Stromboli was made fresh .This place is a gem, and you must swing by for a slice of pie ! Thank You Milano's for amazing experience I will definitely be back.

We ordered from Milano's for the first time in a long time tonight and sadly for the last time. This has been our GO TO pizza place since 2000 when they were located in Memphis off Winchester. It's just not the same anymore. It's overpriced and the pizza is almost flavorless to be honest. Being from NYC we know good pizza and this isn't it where it once used to be. We ordered a large cheese that was more like a medium and had no flavor, a medium white that had almost no ricotta on it, and garlic knots that tasted like plain dough. Sorry Milano's, but we're done spending good money on pizza that's not worth it. Arrivederci!
