During the past decade, our business, Velvet Cream, has bought multiple pieces of equipment through Southern Equipment including 4 Soft Serve machines, a slush machine, 2 snow cone makers, work tables, candy topping dispensers, 2 soft serve blenders, and probably more. Throughout our multiple experiences over the years, we have no absolutely not one complaint or issue. Chris, his family, and team have been professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and inexpensive compared to other brands. Each piece of equipment was professionally delivered and installed at our location. Each piece was tested, and, if necessary, we were shown how to operate the equipment. Years later and with all our equipment still churning away, we are happy to have found such a genuine place to take our business. We will definitely be calling Southern Equipment again in the future when we need to expand our business once again.

The service here is outstanding, and they fully support their product 100%. Having worked in the full-service restaurant industry for 20 years, I highly recommend this establishment.
