Twist Kitchen Cocktail - Collingwood

Our chicken sliders had too much hoisin in them and the tea biscuits crumbled when touched. The margaritas were tasty.

Love the set up of the place, fun place to have a drink. The wait staff needed to get their stuff together. They’re slow and non attentive. The food was ok. The calamari seemed like it came from a frozen bag. The chicken sliders were good. The French fries were good as well. The house bottle of wine we ordered for $60 gave us all a headache

Took an hour to get our food. Drinks took some time as well. Food was amazing! Music was great. Great ambiance. Wish the string lights outside were on as well. Overall, great place to eat if you don’t mind the wait.

Birthday celebration. Started fabulous with a glass of champagne and great host. Place looks and feels new and fun. Went downhill from there with food. Appetizer of tuna was lacking flavor. Steak entree was ok and fries were not fully cooked.

I rated this as very good all round because the entrees were delicious, black cod with bok choy in a miso broth, striploin steak with sweet potatoe fries (they were fantastic). However, the appetizer, although very good was expensive as well as wines by the glass. If you decide to purchase wine by the bottle they did have some non LCBO choices at reasonable pricing. One other notable, for the pricing of the menu items I would suspect that bread be delivered to the table, it was not even offered nor was it an option to purchase.
