Jimmy John's - Collinsville

We ordered food for delivery. When the driver asked me to sign the receipt, I did so. However, when I was about to give him a tip, he snatched the receipt and angrily walked away, crumpling it up. This behavior was completely unexpected as I order from this location regularly. I am disappointed with my experience today.

Was taking online orders only and and only through the drive thru. I was on a motorcycle. I can't just go through the drive thru......

Subs we done well. Service was adequate, cleanliness needs improvement. Location was good

I asked for my sandwich to be made Jimmy Style . They had to look at the sign on the wall to remember what that meant but that 's ok. When I stand in front of the counter at a restaurant like this I feel uncomfortable watching them prepare my order. I could be standing back there. Why am I not?(My advice on Jimmy Style , though: don 't bother. Oily, messy, overstuffed... not at all what I want in a sandwich.

The sandwiches at this location are tastier than at their other branches. Excellent work, team!
