The Coffee Bean Tea Leaf - Colombo

It was great to see the coffee bean and tea leaf franchise back in business in Sri Lanka. Their menu is updated from the before covid and they got fair prices for the quality and the quantity of the food they offer. Food: Their food are halal certified. We opted for chicken pizza, hazelnut latte, and blueberry cheesecake. Pizza was fresh and delicious. Hazelnut latte got a great aroma and was creamy and well balanced. Ideal place in liberty plaza to plug in your laptop and get some work done or to have a chat with a friend. The staff was respectful and efficient. However the interior was not exactly good as it used to be.

It was a cozy place to have a coffee and put in some work. Free wifi and power points are available for your laptops. Big tables for groups are available too. Good coffee with some tasty snacks.

The person at the counter is so rude and unfriendly. Not to us personally. Some foreigners walked in during closing time , there is a polite way to tell people that they cannot serve. This guy was the most unfriendly worse customer service person that I've seen recently. And why is the place closing at 7 p m on a Saturday? So many people were trying to come in after shopping but place had the closed sign. Get some staff with good friendly personality. The short stocky guy is a no no .

A wonderful place to just sit back and relax. Heard from a friend that this is one of the best Coffee Beans outlet he has been to, due to the good customer service, ambiance and deco. Chai tea late was really great and the regular feels like a large. Good place to have a conversation with a friend. They also got couches to relax on.

We visited Library Plaza and patiently waited until the shop reopened after the lunch break. Being a weekday, there weren't many customers around. The staff members were friendly and helpful, providing us with excellent service. We decided to try their chocolate smoothie, which turned out to be truly delightful, striking a perfect balance of flavors without being overly sweet.
