Ihop - Colonial Heights

We were here for two hours today. Gentlemen with tattoos I didn't catch were great. Our waiter Tanya was polite. None of them was a problem. The kitchen staff.. I don't know what's going on on earth. They were so secure. When we set ourselves, we got our drinks almost 20 minutes later, not too big. Then we waited for our food for over an hour. Hash Browns were so dark that we could all crumble each other. We've all asked for American cheese on our eggs and got regular cheddar. Some as I ended with 6 sausages when I wanted sausages and bacon. I quickly got a toast I miss, but of course the bacon took something. I had wanted my pancakes to be combed in advance so that they would get soggy (going) and they were?t, all came ready with the rest of the order. And the banana pudding at the top was just a little maybe a quarter cup of it when the photo shows almost the entire top pancake with banana pudding (minions). Eggs seemed strange. Idk, what happened to them. I was a bit balanced for the problems that are great, but it was terrible and we won?t be back.

So I went online and placed a lock order before work and it was the absolute worst. They do not even offer Curbside truthfully because when you call the number, no one comes to bring you well and the number is not registered ihop. I give up after 15 calls and go in and there is absolutely no one on the floor or at the reception then I stand at the kitchen and find someone I see a different number listed in the store, I call again while inside so that they can see that they have no working phone and should 't advise a service they don't offer. The waitress is clearly unphased and goes back to my order. terrible experience as a paying customer and they should see how dangerous it is to offer curbside and have the cartridges going in sincw they do not really have curbside because why? kovid.

No one else in waiting area. We still waited about 5min. before anyone even acknowledged we were there. Table looked clean..but sticky. Poured water on it and cleaned it with napkins. Syrup container was sticky. Had to clean it too. I had 1 pancake. It was so cold the butter wouldn't even spread...forget about melting. Sent it back. Waited a very long time for another one. A waitress dropped a fork while cleaning a table. It was still there when we left, although she walked by it lots of time Will not go there again

Great place to eat. Went their for breakfast. Great service and excellent food. Reasonably priced with plenty food. Our server. I believe her name is Alicia was so nice. iHOP is very lucky to have her representing their business. I would hire her in a heartbeat. As far as Covid related. Very safe place to eat. Hand sanitizers everywhere. Staff wore their masks. When we walked in, we were greater well and they asked us if we wanted silverware or plastic. That is the first time a restaurant asked me that question. Excellent idea. Overall, great place to eat. Would definitely go back again.

Cranberry pancakes came with no whip cream as depicted in the picture pointless. I had to wait for 20 mins to pick up my order. Also, there was no waiter to greet customers, we seemed invisible at the front door tryng to wave someone to help. Terrible service!
