Mcdonald's - Colonial Heights

I like the food being fresh, but they forgot my sauce going with my nuggets. When I realized I was already driving down the street. So disappointed

It was late completely understandable but the attitude and lack of customer service was appalling all but shoved the drinks out the windows. At the intercom we sat for a long time before getting anyone in store then she simply said you ready yet?! This is by far the worst franchise I have been to and will only go to the boulevard!!!

Went inside to place the order to make sure it was correct. After being reassured that the sauce for my kids nuggets was in the bag I got to the car to find out it wasn't. Same thing with the straws which are under lock and key. Three trips inside for a 14 dollar order. Typical McDonald's

The guy was really rude at the window everyone acted like they had a bad day. My husband and i get mocha fraps every day sometimes twice a day and just happened to be in the area of this mcdonalds. We always pay the extra 30cents for extra drizzle and the guy acted like that was an issue. And the frappes were nasty tasting and VERY ICY! idk ima stay at my petersburg mcdonalds from now on!!!

The line was a bit long and moved slowly, but the food was served warm. I really liked the credit card machine outside—it was a nice touch!
