Santiago's - Colorado City

When we asked for tea refills, the staff was unhelpful and said they were "working on it." The waitress seemed annoyed when we accidentally spilled a glass of tea on the table; she handed us a towel to clean it up but left the towel on the table and later returned to pick it up without drying the area. Overall, it wasn't a pleasant experience for us. We were traveling and this experience left us feeling more down instead of uplifted as we hit the road again. We did leave a tip, though!

I recall a time when salsa and chips came standard with Mexican meals. However, during my recent visit, we didn’t receive any hot sauce or chips, nor did we get napkins or ketchup—nothing at all! On a positive note, the food was nice and hot. The prices seemed a bit steep, but the specials do help. Unfortunately, we weren’t offered drinks or any extras either. Overall, we ended up getting our meal to go and had to check the bag ourselves.

The food was disappointing, and the service from the waitstaff was lacking.
