If I could give Ambli 6 stars I would! We went to Ambli to celebrate my son's birthday. The food and the execution were outstanding! I can't say enough about the level of attention the staff provided. This was a true dining experience. We had thechefs recommendations and my son added the wine pairing. Parah ?spelling) provided detailed explanations of each dish of eachcourse. We are all foodies so these explanations precipitated more discussion about the food and preparation which Parahgraciously welcomed. We will certainly add Ambli to the list of our go-to restaurants.

The menu is inventive and eye-opening, the flavor and texture combinations are brilliant, I wish I could have tried every single dish! The wait staff are incredibly eloquent and well informed on the food, which was very impressive and made me feel quitespecial as a diner. (I just need to know how seaweed can be prepared so it's that crispy and strong!!

Wonderful food and outstanding presentation. A real gem of a place.

Came in on a night where they changed the menu and was recommended by the owner to do their tasting menu. Don’t regret it. Fantastic food, great service, and the owner made sure to check in on us after every meal was brought out. Definitely recommend.
