Marco's Pizza - Columbia County

Ordered 730p and nothing at 930p. Called and asked about our order. Was told that it was delivered......WHAT!?!?! We never received anything at our home. Nothing that they can do except refund.....really? Yeah I was belligerent on the phone. But really.....that so called manager hung up the phone. I have 2 kids to feed and nothing else could be done. I'll stick to what I said on the phone. Not going to business with Marco's again. This place is just trash.

Got a pizza to take back to the campground. Sure like Marco’s!!

Waited 2 hrs for a delivery driver to pull up and say he can’t deliver here… Call the store and they said we are in the delivery area and not sure why the delivery driver would tell us that. The last 3x we’ve ordered from Marco’s has been an adventure.

Went by super late last night [after 1030 11 pm] and there was 1 young man leaving [end of shift] and only 1 young man left to run the entire store! His name is Will. When I tell you that young man is EXCEPTIONAL, that is an understatement!!! He flawlessly handled taking orders, running the drive through, answering the phones, all while cooking all the food ordered!!! He was so polite and apologetic [for any delays due to staffing shortage which we weren't bothered by] and his attention to detail in preparing the food was exceptional! Great job Will!
