Vaqueros - Columbia Falls

Overall I'm giving this place 5 stars. The service was fast and friendly. The food was overall pretty good. And, the draught beer list has some reasonable craft options. But I will say that the quesadilla was NOT a quesadilla... It's almost like they forgot to actually cook it? The chicken was cooked, but it wasn't hot inside the raw tortilla, and the cheese wasn't melted at all. It was also a small tortilla and totally overstuffed. It was more like eating a cold burrito... Every quesadilla in the history of quesadillas I've ever eaten have had crispy/cooked and flattened tortillas housing hot, melty ingredients. Maybe this was a fluke? Or maybe they just don't know how to make a quesadilla? The rest of the food was good, though. We tried the enchilada trio plate, the chimichanga, and the puffy sopapillas. All of those items were delicious with the sopapillas stealing the show! Never had chocolate sauce drizzled on them before, and it was honestly magnificent. So, maybe just don't order the quesadilla here? And you should be good!

Great looking bar. We went on taco Tuesday and four street tacos are definitely enough for dinner! Followed by fried ice cream! Very fast and good service. Food was fresh and delicious. First set of chips and salsa is on the house, anything more you have to pay. We had Chili relleno, Enchilada,Chimichanga and fajita. Would definitely recommend them.

The food was excellent as usual and the service was friendly.
