The negative review for this restaurant seems to be for a different place, as they don't serve chicken tenders or fries. This is a really good deli with quick and attentive service. I visit about every other month.

This place is so unprofessional and ghetto, the staff is rude, food is sloppy, full of grease and over priced. i ordered chicken tenders and cyclone fries at 2:30 ish, i was called back at 245 and told that they were out of food but really they did not want to fix it because it was close to closing time 3pm.then i was told i would receive a refund and i never received it ! I work in the building and I swear I rather walk to mcdonalds in the freezing cold before i order food from that place again.
