He also kept talking about the situation to his employees; as though I did something wrong. I got caught in 5:00pm traffic. These clowns don't care!!!!!
Food was good. Asked for Honey Mustard sauce and got Honey Roasted BBQ sauce, wife was not happy about that. It is definitely not the same as Honey Mustard sauce. On a side note all employees very super nice.
I had an excellent experience here on Black Friday morning! The service was fantastic, and the food was perfect—hot and fresh. I absolutely loved it!
I had a delightful dining experience in Columbia! The staff is well-trained, knows exactly what to say, and handles everything efficiently. The atmosphere is fantastic!
On October 20th at 7:39 PM, I tried to order a bowl of chicken noodle soup for a friend battling pancreatic cancer. I was told they were out of that soup, but they had another option available. When I requested a sample, I was informed that sampling was not allowed. This lack of service and consideration was disappointing, especially since I explained that I was trying to buy soup for a sick friend. Given that the soup cost over $6 a bowl and they didn't have what I originally wanted, I would have expected it to be reasonable to allow me a taste of the alternative soup to see if it would be suitable. The young manager, Neal, clearly had no understanding of customer service! As a result, I had no choice but to drive four miles to another Chick-fil-A to fulfill my needs. I will not be returning to this location again! I hope this isn't the standard of service at other stores, as it was truly disappointing to experience such poor management.
