I attempted to call in an order, but they hung up on me. Then, I decided to go in person to place my order, but I was ignored for 23 minutes. When I was finally served, it felt like taking my order was an inconvenience for them. To make matters worse, the food was overcooked and lacked flavor.

All the food was burnt, and the service was lacking in quality. The spare ribs were excessively greasy, and there were no condiments to accompany the meal.
