El Oso Mexican Grill - Columbia

The food was amazing and so were the margaritas! Everything tasted fresh and the staff were super friendly!

Decent food, portions can be a really good value, and the service was excellent. Chips and salsa were fresh. I asked for the extra spicy and green salsas and enjoyed them. Molcajete was HUGE and a great value, but had a slightly bitter taste in thesauce. Wife's burrito was ok, but we expected it to come with some sides for the price. We went at a slow time (Sat at 11:30after students had left) and we had two servers clambering to make sure we never hit below half drinks or chips. Worth a try.

Great downtown restaurant. Extremely busy on weekends so be sure to get there early! Good food and excellent service they will attend very quickly to you and your table. Outdoor seating if you have a dog they are welcome. Recommended for a meal where your getting your money's worth on the plate.

Beautiful restaurant. The murals on the wall, exposed brick, and vine walls make this small restaurant feel cozy. There 's limited indoor seating with plenty of outdoor seating.There is good variety in the menu, and the lunch menu is especially affordable and has well sized portions! I got to try the Pollo Tropical and the Chimichanga Lunch plate. Both were very tasty, however my favorite of the two would be the Pollo Tropical. However, the Pollo Tropical is not a lunch menu item so it was on the more expensive side.In terms of service, the waiters regularly checked on us, despite how busy they were, and all spoke Spanish.Overall, if you are looking for Mexican food that is fast and affordable, El Oso is a great place to check out!

Quesadilla wasn’t fully melted and did not taste good. Margarita was watered down.Salsa and chips were pretty good. Corona was great. I’m not where else to go in Columbia for Mexican food as this has the highest rating.
