Hooters - Columbia

Some friends of mine were watching a football game as well. Despite our server Blythe being a bit rushed, we never had to wait long for our drinks. The wings arrived quickly and were absolutely delicious. The food was fantastic, and the service was excellent.

Worst service I have ever received at Hooters. First off it was a Wednesdy night so they were extremely slow. We had a party of 12 so therefore needed 3 tables to accommodate us all. We sat at a dirty table and waited forever for it to get wiped down and cleaned. When we finally ordered our food and it was brought out she forgot to put my Entree in so it didn't come out til everyone else at the table was just about done eating. We had to ask for refills and instead she brought out a pitcher if sweet tea. We were never offered any other refills or ever asked if we needed anything else. She brought the check over and I had to flag her down to pay it. I guess they were all too busy on their phones. Manager was horrible. Did a poor job managing and I think he preferred talking/flirting with the ladies who worked there. I'm glad I'm just visiting and this isn't my hometown Hooters. #neveragain

It took at least 15 to 20 minutes to get only space, and the business was not busy at all. It took forever to get our food and drinks. The waitress was very nice, but the kitchen lost our order. At the end of the night to make it right, they did not charge us for the record we have, so we only had to pay for our drinks. In the future I will probably not visit this facility again, unless everything else in the city is booked and it would be a last resort.

I visited with some friends on Saturday night. I ordered a Philly Steak sandwich. More than an hour later the sandwich came to the table, but cold as a puppy nose. There are many differences between the received sandwich and the picture shown on the menu, and it seems that the bread comes from Walmart. disappointing experience. I'm not going back to visit this place.

This was a OK experience. The waiter we had i can tell what I’m high school or either very young. We had to repeat things to her more than once. She wasn’t a bell with the menu at all. She hadn’t tried anything there that we was asking for suggestions. I ended up ordering wings fried soft and fried pickles. The pickles were good the chicken was still cooked crispy which i specifically ask for fried soft and made sure there was emphasis on the soft part and yet they still was fried hard. However the taste was ok. Overall experience was ok.
