La Brascas Pizza - Columbia

I've been a customer and a fan for over 50 years. My family and I now introduce our grandchild to the best pizzeria in the south.

Love their Pizza. However this one time I'm disappointed ?? My pizza was baked on old, charred, black pieces from the oven. The bottom of the pizza was like black, gritty sand. I highly compliment them but this was the first time in my Life this ever happened to me. I was Only told that next time tell them to use a Screen. I wouldn't know to tell the Professionals how to make a Quality product, But I do know that paying $35 for gritty pizza isn't acceptable.

The food was great and the service was too! The lights were low so we did laugh because several of us pulled out out phone flashlights to read the menu. We went as a large group and Morgan did a great job taking care of us!!

Only reason to give two stars is due to the staff. Very polite and professional. On the other hand tonight I placed an order nearly spent 50 for one Lg 4 topping, on medium cheese, and 8 wings. Wings were good but the pizza looks like a pre made dough (not the good kind) with fresh toppings. Holding a slice all the toppings fell of leaving this play dough looking crust with zero flavor. Will never get a pizza from here again, not worth it as I feel a Pre-made dough from the grocery store and add fresh toppings is half the price and taste the same if not better.

Absolutely enjoyed eating at LaBrascas Pizza! We ordered cheese chicken wings, cheese sticks, kids cheese pizza, and medium size pizza. The chicken wings were cooked to perfection! The cheese sticks were the best I have ever ate! Really really good! By the time the pizza?s came, we were full. I did taste the kids cheese pizza and it was also delicious! My new favorite pizza hangout! Our daughter said she loves our waitress she gave her a piece of candy on the way out! ??
