Mcdonald's - Columbia

As a real estate agent, I often meet clients at this restaurant, and I can confidently say that the service is consistently excellent, with hot, fresh meals every time. However, my experience on September 7th was truly exceptional. The young lady who took my order was incredibly kind, and when I got home, I realized I had left my charger on the tray at our table. I called the restaurant to check if it was still there, and thankfully, it was. When I returned this morning, I was pleasantly surprised to find it wrapped in a bag with my name and company clearly labeled, making it easy for the morning staff to locate it. I wish I knew this wonderful woman's name because I was truly impressed by her thoughtfulness. We're from Ohio, but I felt compelled to leave a review after our experience. Kelly was exceptional! She is the sweetest lady ever and provided us with the best service we've ever had at a McDonald's.

The restaurant is clean and well-stocked. Generally, I prefer using the drive-thru or the side service. The food is consistently good.
