Mcdonald's - Columbia

Cold food as usual! Atleast everything was in the bag this time!

I call this superb place once a month because I enjoy the special air that is outline this restaurant. The staff is extraordianrillyremarkably attentive and professional. The service is deeply quick. Needless to say, the food they serve is exceptionaly good. I visited often and I was always delighted. The rate is decent. I highly suggest this restaurant to to everybody.

Always fast and accommodating. Young people at this point are very professional. My wife and I miss great customer service today. Great job guys!!!! Go on!

Just used the drive thru. Food was standard McD?s. No complaints. However, the lady taking drive-thru orders was the highlight of our day! Her friendliness and humor and extra effort at customer service gave us a much needed lift during this time when everyone seems so angry and stressed! So unusual. I had forgotten what good customer service feels like!

My drive though ordering experience was excellent. It was fast, correct, and I even had to change the drink order. Payment was quick and easy, and the receipt had the corrected drink. My food was delivered quickly, with a smile. I pulled away to my final location across the street, feeling good about my order, and then I opened the bag. I ordered large fries. I got a large sleeve, but it wasn't full. I took my burger out, hoping some fries had fallen out, and where hiding under the box, but no. I paid extra for large fries, and feel I got shorted. The Quarter Pounder looked like it had been ready for a while. The meat looked dry, not as it had just been grilled, and the bun was too firm, not stale, but as if it had been sitting in a heated bin, not cooked when ordered as advertised. To wrap it up, the drive through staff was awesome, that's why I'm rating an average score. The food needs improvement.
