Smashburger - Columbia

Tyler was absolutely delightful at the front counter, and Chloe's cooking is fantastic. You both deserve a raise! The customer service was excellent, the restaurant was clean, and the food was delicious!

The food was fantastic! Although I experienced a long wait for my ride this time, I still feel it deserves a full five stars. The burgers are consistently delicious, and the staff is very friendly.

I'm not sure what happened tonight, but the burned burgers were not what I expected. I'm really disappointed. We were looking forward to the Hunted Smash Burger, but it didn't meet our expectations. Not okay.

The burgers, the tasty pommes and the chicken tsartes were very good. The most impressive thing I saw here was customer service. I want to see Zoe. She took orders and delivered food. Then to round it off and over all expectations I had from great customer service, Zoe double to the front door because she saw an older couple on the way to this Smash Burger location. She came to the door, kept her open for her and greeted her with a big smile and "willing to come to Smash Burger. Then she cried back to take her order.

I?m always so impressed with the consistency of the quality of food at this location. The manager is so friendly and I go here so much they already know me and what I?m going to order when I walk in. Is just a great experience overall. I always walk out saying to myself BEST BURGERS IN TOWN. Never disappointed
