Bernard's Tavern - Columbus

The food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious! The atmosphere is fantastic, and the prices are reasonable. The bartender was quick to serve us drinks, provided us with a menu when we requested it, and was very friendly. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a drink and tasty bar food. While the menu selection wasn’t extensive, it was more than sufficient for a bar. The burgers, fries, and onion rings were all outstanding. I also appreciated that they allowed me to add pickles to an item that didn’t originally include them, which is a nice touch—not every smaller bar or eatery is accommodating in that way. This is a wonderful spot, just a short walk from the Hyatt Convention Center. We will definitely be dining here again during our next extended visit!

We have no complaints whatsoever! As a family of seven, we each tried something different, and it was a hit all around. My 8-year-old daughter absolutely loved the BBQ wings! This has quickly become our new favorite spot, and we can't wait for our next visit!

If you haven't visited in a while, you'll notice some changes. There are no servers anymore; instead, you place your order directly with the bartender. The menu has also been significantly trimmed down. On the bright side, my smash burger was one of the best I've had in a long time. However, the music was so loud that it was difficult to have a conversation.

Nice tavern with good atmosphere and friendly staff. Food was very good. Only knock on it was the lack of seasonal beers.

We had a group of 25 ordering drinks and appetizers, Drew was our bartender and was amazing! He was able to take care of our large group plus the other patrons. Thank you for great service, cold drinks and delicious apps!
