As someone who frequently orders tea for the entire office, I usually find the tea to be quite good. However, the employee working there is consistently rude without any apparent reason. While I could understand if she were having an off day, it seems to be a daily occurrence, which is not acceptable. Food rating: 3/5.

I tried the tropical paradise smoothie and it was a perfect 10/10—definitely the best smoothie I've ever had! North Market can get quite busy, especially on Saturdays, which makes the atmosphere a bit overwhelming. However, it's much more enjoyable on quieter days. Overall, I would rate the food a solid 5/5!

I was not impressed with this place. I ordered an acai bowl, which I felt was overpriced. The add-ins I wanted were unavailable while she was preparing it. Although she did suggest other options, if certain items are out of stock, they should really note that on the menu. To make matters worse, the bowl was already melted before I even had a chance to sit down and eat it. Additionally, when I went to place my order (a common mistake), I pronounced acai as "ah-cai" instead of "ah-sah-ee," and the staff member corrected me in a condescending manner. That should have been my first warning not to return. I definitely won't be coming back; there are much better places that serve actual acai bowls.

Customer service great, drinks horrible. I have tasted alot of boba and this has been the weakest boba I have tried. I threw both drinks away because i thought I was just drinking for the sakes of it, instead of because of pleasure. Both Taro and Passionfruit Green Tea were watered down, and had no strong flavor of the actual chosen flavor. Boba consistency was great though. Bummed out.

I’m bummed I had to give them 2 stars but this location used to be good but has gotten worse within the past year. I go for the açaí bowl, but it’s rare that they have the ingredients to make one. I can’t tell you how many times it’s “sold out”.Today it was available but I was extremely disappointed. Within minutes it turned to soup, and the toppings were not great except the blackberries. I feel like I paid $12 for a handful of berries.I say this in hopes that company will make improvements because the açaí bowl used to be great.
