Chipotle Mexican Grill - Columbus

Had such a good experience at this place! the personal was so incredibly friendly and welcoming. the food tasted fresh and hot, even after it was taken home (what is now rare for chipotles is now on days). will come back 100% and definitely recommend!

This is possibly the worst Chipotle in Columbus. The staff is terrible. The food that should be hot is always cold. When they do remember to give you the chips you ordered, they are always stale. Go at your own risk, if I could give them zero stars, I would.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Chipotle. There was only one other customer there and the eating was decent, but the staff was extremely rude, loud, and unprofessional.

I love Chipotle because it's affordable and their burritos are delicious. However, I can't give all the Chipotles five stars because some of them were too dirty inside. If they improve the cleanliness of the place, it would be perfect.

I went to Chipotle on 161 for lunch on Tuesday, May 16,2022. I pull into the parking spot and after , I get out of my car I notice that there is glass all around my back tire. I have been going to this Chipotle for two years Consistently, about once a week for lunch. To be fair, if I rated that experience by itself I give it about a 7 out of 10. When I approach the manager about the glass in the lot and if anyone is going to sweep it up, his response was... That's from the construction crew. Keep in mind where I parked was no where near where the construction crew was, in a taped off section near the store. He never said sorry that you ran over the glass or I will sweep that up right away. I guess since it was the construction crews fault he would just leave it there for more customer to run over the glass and the outcome be what I experienced, a flat tire the next morning. Smh. I have contacted corporate and I am waiting to hear back. I hope this can be a teachable moment for both the manager and Chipotle and nothing else. Still not pleased though.
