Cold Stone Creamery - Columbus

I always enjoy visiting Cold Stone, but my recent experience at this location left me feeling disappointed due to the unfriendly attitude of the staff towards my wife and me, as well as other customers. I remember when Cold Stone had the friendliest staff anywhere, but during this visit, we felt condescended to and belittled while simply trying to celebrate my birthday with my favorite ice cream.

I was disappointed to find that there was no non-dairy vanilla ice cream available.

This is the best ice cream I've ever had! My friends and I had a wonderful time. Keep up the fantastic work, Cold Stone. We will definitely be coming back!

Nowhere else can compare with how creamy the ice cream is. We have to stop everytime we are in town.

Cold Stone creamery is my go to place for years now. Simply love their products. Ice cream, ice cakes, simply love them.
