Kfc - Columbus

This KFC is amusingly terrible. Steer clear at all costs. What should have been a straightforward drive-thru order turned into an experience of overhearing someone on the mic expressing just how little they cared.

I visited this KFC to pick up some food for my wife, and unfortunately, it was the second location I tried that was out of several chicken items. While this isn't unusual in larger cities, I didn’t mind too much. Fortunately, I was still able to get her the food she wanted, although I forgot to ask for the honey mustard sauce – whoops! I can’t comment on the food since I didn’t try any myself, but it certainly smelled delicious. Additionally, I found both KFC locations to be kind and courteous.

Not only are they rude here, they also never have anything on their menu. All these reviews say the same thing. Why is nothing being done about the customer service??

I ordered a mac and cheese bowl and when I got to the window, the lady informed me that they were waiting on the popcorn chicken. I said that was fine. When my order was finally ready, I found the mac and cheese to be lukewarm, as if it had been sitting out while I waited for the chicken. Surprisingly, the chicken was also warm. I can't understand how it managed to stay warm while I was waiting for the fresh popcorn chicken.

This was a horrible experience. The manager (in glasses) didn't want to take my order in a walk-up, I was the only one in line and in the drive-thru. She said she is not going back-and-forth, between register, she made get in my car and go to thedrive-thru, she said they don't pay her enough for that. This was around 2 pm, I ordered a Mac and cheese bowl. In the bowl wasMac and cheese along with corn and gravy and popcorn chicken. I told her corn and gravy don't belong there. She said it's onlyone scoop of corn and gravy do come with it. I said but it's a Mac and cheese bowl. Not mash potatoes bowl. So I called A KFC onEast Main Street, he told me I was right, I drove their and he returned that mess for a real Mac and cheese bowl
