I had a delightful two-piece chicken combo accompanied by an iced tea. The Original Recipe chicken is simply the best!

I requested extra gravy, but instead received none, which has left me feeling extremely disappointed. My day—and honestly, my week—feels ruined. They even gave me an extra cookie, but that doesn’t help at all since I’m not a fan of cookies. What I really wanted was the gravy. I’m genuinely upset about this and it has really affected my mood.

I visited this KFC today and ordered a pot pie meal through the drive-thru. Unfortunately, it was the worst pot pie I've ever had. It was mostly just potatoes and carrots, and there was hardly any meat in it. To make matters worse, it was only half full. I didn’t receive a receipt, and I haven’t been able to get a response when I tried calling the location. I’m not sure what else to do to resolve this issue. I’ve noticed that I’m not alone in having problems at this location; it seems many others have similar complaints. Overall, this has been my worst experience at a KFC, while all the other locations I've visited have been great.

Everything was good, I was confused on the 16 piece meal, your suposed to get 4 large sides, I only received 3. And if the menu has changed, (as i was told) It should reflect that change on the outside menu, not just for the cashier to see.

KFC Town Country. Stopped right after work, about 5:20 PM. Went through the drive through. Voice on the speaker says we got no chicken . Thinking I heard wrong, I said Excuse me ? Response was no chicken, we got no chicken !!! It 's a KFC, if theydon 't have chicken shouldn 't they be closed?
