Penn Station East Coast Subs - Columbus

I loved it! For a long time, their Teriyaki Chicken subs were really tasty, though occasionally a bit too salty. It seems they've addressed that issue because the one I had last night was delicious. My only regret is that I didn't add banana peppers!

During my recent vacation in Columbus, I discovered a restaurant close to my hotel and decided to give it a try. I was genuinely impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the food. As a southerner, I often find myself out of my comfort zone in bustling cities regarding customer service (it tends to be fast-paced), but this place exceeded my expectations. I hope they continue maintaining their excellent service and delicious food. The cheesesteak was so good that I returned for a second visit to try the teriyaki chicken sub!

Penn Station had a decent Philly Cheese Steak. It is short o. Amount of meat, but tastes pretty good. How ever it does not compare to an Authentic Philly.

I had a negative experience back in December, but I returned today to buy a sub and discuss it with the manager, Nick. Although Nick was incredibly busy, he took the time to patiently listen to my concerns. He provided excellent customer service with a smile and was genuinely kind. I also inquired about job opportunities because I love the food, and I noticed that his employees seemed happy to be part of the team. I will continue to dine here thanks to wonderful people like Nick; we need more individuals like him in the service industry. I've never had any issues with Penn Station, but Nick resolved the one situation I did have. I am now a very satisfied customer. Thank you so much, Nick!
