I love shanes great barbecue and good portions. Great food great service. The location in Columbus Georgia and elijay are the best

I really like the boneless hot wings. Good flavor and spicy, just the way I like it. I feel like the fries could have been seasoned a little better, but they were still good!

Been coming to Shane 's for about 5 years now, intermittently. The Columbus and the Newnan location. No problems, no issues. Here recently I have been back in town working. Twice I went here and paid with a debit/credit card. Both times I was asked to show identification!!!! No problem got it. I 'll show identification if that 's your standard operating procedures. However, I will not be the only individual doing so. Never have I been carded, not once but twice. I asked the cashier if this was something new. The reply was 'yes it is unless we recognize you as a regular. First time I gave benefit of the doubt, great place never had an issue. Second time, I began to question it. Not only was I carded again. The people ahead of me was not. The three people after me was not carded. Definitely wasn 't regulars as I listen to the small conversation had. Very disheartening experience. Makes one feel as if, they aren 't worthy of eating at this establishment for whatever reason..... I won 't be back to this location. So no worries about me further. However I had to let this be known. You can roll the cameras to see around 12pmyoday, to make your own conclusion. Loved this place. Great food, not soo pricey and you get a lot. I love the customer service I receive and the food never disappoints. My faves are the Pulled pork and Ribs with lotsa spicy bbq sauce extra Texas toast.

Friendly. little slow on getting food due to short staff but otherwise good. needs more desert choices. peach cobler little gummy
