Taco Bell - Columbus

I fcking hate Taco Bell. What is this? A shell? Where's the rest of the taco? And the service was not only slow, but rude too. I'm gonna go get some del taco

They had the lobby closed so the line was long. They might be short staffed but it's not the staff's fault. I could see the drivers in the cars around us getting angry and the people who walked up to the locked doors were upset too. I ordered online and when we got to window our order was not ready but pulled into the lot, waited a bit, they waved us over and we got our food. They were nice, the food drinks was all correct, customers need to chill out, sometimes there's a reason they can't be full service I guess, but they don't deserve crappy customers. Whoever was there Sunday evening around 8, I hope your evening got better :

This is consistently the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to- and I've been to a lot. 9 times out of 10, I am either missing an item or I get the wrong item. 10 times out of 10, both the soft tortillas and hard shells are noticeably stale. The portion sizes for each item are considerably smaller than other locations. Not to mention the rude staff and insanely long wait times. I genuinely hope this location goes under because it deserves to. I am officially never going to this location again.

So after a long day on the road, I stop in to this Taco Bell location (a walk in) on campus. A worker at the counter tells me and some other customers it 'll be 10 minutes before we can order doesn 't say why. Offers me a free cup of water while I wait. A few minutes later he reappears and says it 'll now be 30 minutes before we can place an order. I ask why so long before we can even place an order. He says because all the door dash people get their orders first before any walk in customers. He also suggested placing an order via door dash. I walked out. Ridiculous. Also the food prep area from my vantage point looked like a bit of a mess.

Slowest Taco Bell ever. Made me park my car out of the drive thru and wait on foot at the window for my food. She then slammed the window in my face. You can't make this up. Do not go here. Take the time to go to literally any other Taco Bell.
