Bidra med feedbackI saw opentable for a restaurant in the city part arena. it has not said anywhere in the restaurant description that this place is in a hotel lobby. our party of 5 arrived on time, but we sat on a 4 top with a chair on the side, although it seemed that there were many open tables. when we waited for the service, and then for our eating, tons hotel guests, piloting, congress visitors, etc. were past us in the lobby. it was loud, distracting, and no pleasant experience at all. there was a waiter bartender for the whole restaurant. it took very long to get our food too spicy, overpriced and not very good. I would never go back to this restaurant.
Restaurant week, chose this over 2 but it is a hotel lobby at the end of the day, eating was underwhelming, drinks were good.
We went here to the Mother's Day brunch and thought we'd try something new. it was 30 per person who was charged before location. it was a laughing experience. they had only 5 simple hot items consisting of pancakes, French toast, speck, biscuits and gravy and rührei as well as a wooden board and a omelett station. for 30 a head I would expect a little high-quality food and guess! there was a coffee station that charged 3 a cup for drip coffee. why fee for drip coffee during a 30 all they eat buffet. very bad experience overall and not recommended. they will be disappointed.
The waiter was so in our face that we order and then not existent when we had our food. husbands salat was missing the ranch dressing. my sandwich was missing the pesto. Beverage refills were not existent until we knocked down someone.
We sat there for 20 minutes and no one served us. So I walked up to the bar and asked if we could order our food beverages there and was ignored. It looked like they were understaffed. Have no intention of revisiting.
