Wendy's - Columbus

The food is consistently good, but it's typical fast food. The only downside was that we went during a very busy time, and there was only one young employee taking orders at the front.

This is my favorite Wendy's location in my area. The staff is always friendly, and the food is consistently fresh. My usual order is either a 6-piece nugget with a medium fries and a small peach mango lemonade, along with plenty of BBQ sauce, or the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger 4 for $4, accompanied by the same drink and extra BBQ sauce. A tip: this location tends to be quite busy and may be under-staffed, so if you're short on time, be sure to arrive early to stop here before heading to your destination. And if you do choose to visit, please be patient and kind to the employees who are there to serve you.

The service at the drive-thru was excellent and surprisingly quick. The French fries were warm and crispy.

I ordered a taco salad but only received one salad. I also ordered a large milkshake, but they sent me a small one instead. They denied my request for a refund and refused to resolve the issue. We're currently at room 46.

The restaurant has poor service and is quite slow. I noticed ants in the soda machine, and there were flies everywhere.
