Wendy's - Columbus

This is the worst restaurant I've ever been to. My order is usually wrong, and today I found them closed before their posted hours. This isn't the first time I've encountered this – I've seen them close early on multiple occasions, even as early as ten. If you're not going to stick to your operating hours, please update them!

Great drive-thru experience! We were in a rush and got everything we needed without any wait. Food: 4/5.

I've never experienced service this fast, but it seems to keep deteriorating with each visit. My order was correct, but the taste wasn't very good. The staff can be inconsistent depending on the day and time of week. The wait in line is always absurd.

Ordering 2 grilled chicken sandwiches a single came with the bun to the brot to which it should come with tomato an salat a nothing had to go to work, so had not time to sit there a argument as to make it from the picture on the menu, called a nobody answers

Chicken sandwiches were dried out. But fir the first time in awhile service was fast fries were fresh and order was made right.
