Carl's Jr. - Commerce City

Sometimes it takes someone to make their day nice, stupid through the drive thru for quick breakfast on my way to work, and alicia helped me, she was very nice and sweet and gave me a free cookie for waiting the extra minute, although I ordered fries lol but very attentive and sweet she said that it was for waiting

The staff here are some of the friendliest and most efficient employees I've encountered in any fast food restaurant. It's remarkable how they remember regular customers by name and know their usual orders. The atmosphere is so welcoming that it feels like family; you can tell everyone enjoys being there, and the staff greets everyone with warm smiles. The food looks exactly like its pictures—no exaggeration—and it's delicious! If you're looking for clean, consistent, and quick service, this is the place to eat.

The restaurant's website states that the dining room is open until 10 PM, but when I arrived shortly after 9, I found that the entire place was already closed. It's frustrating when businesses don't stick to their advertised hours.

I visited this location of Carl's Jr., and I regret it. I strongly suggest you choose a different restaurant. While the employees were friendly, the food was exceptionally poor. They initially told us there would be a wait for our burgers, but they ended up bringing our meals out in less than a minute. Unfortunately, the food was burned and cold, the buns were soggy and greasy, and I wish I had checked the reviews beforehand. The overall taste was terrible, reminiscent of something that came out of a trash can. Please consider going to another Carl's Jr. instead.

Rude customer service, eat cold and bad quality / quality! I ordered the Bacon egg and cheese breakfast burrito and it had a total of 1 egg in it. for the price of their food iyshould at least filled and fill! will never go back to this restaurant! I go to the one who is 30 miles away, first not 2! completely unhappy with full experience at this place.
