Bidra med feedbackThe food definitely lacked warmth and care. The meat and bread were both rather dry. I ordered a Philly cheese sandwich with bell peppers, but they served the bell peppers in a cup on the side instead of on the sandwich.
My husband insisted that this restaurant was the best. He ordered the number 9 and is feeling great, but I got the number 2 and I feel terrible! We had this for dinner last night, and now I'm sick as a dog. I should have guessed something was off when they mentioned they had no ice for drinks and no cheese for the fries after the woman suggested I make it a combo. I agreed to the combo, but then she told me they had no ice for the drinks. I thought, "Alright, that's fine." Then she added they had no cheese for the fries—are you kidding me? I decided to just get the sandwiches instead, but they even forgot to put pickles on my sandwich. Maybe they ran out of those too?
Amazing staff! I truly appreciate all that you do. Thank you for the exceptional customer service—definitely a 100 out of 10!
The mall was very busy during Memorial Day weekend. There was a long line but we decided we could wait it out. The line to take our order went at a reasonable pace. The space to order and pick up was so small and cramped due to the backup in the kitchen that there was so many people waiting for their order. It was too long of a wait for a sandwich. The sandwich was good but the wait was just too long and disorganized.
I?m happy this place is near my work because you can order hot sandwiches. They have a lot of different kinds and you can take off some ingredients you don?t like. This place is located within the Citadel Outlets food court. There is plenty of parking in the lots or the structures. The staff is quick to take your order. It does get packed during the lunch rush, so you have to wait a while to get your food. They have condiments available like seasonings for the fries, salt pepper, and ketchup. I just wish they would put the little packets of mustard, mayonnaise, and ketchup on the side too. I know the workers are busy giving out the orders, so you have to wait to ask for condiments to go. I ordered the Italian Deluxe regular which is a whole sub cut in half. It comes with turkey, ham, pepperoni, and provolone cheese. The sandwich is dressed with pickles, tomatoes, lettuce, and mayo. It?s a delicious combination and the cheese is always melted. You can get a 10% discount with the Savings Passport from the Citadel. I do want to try all the sandwiches they have available.
