Bidra med feedbackIf you are staying in the vicinity of Santa Domingo metro on Gran Via you must visit this small restaurant. The menu del dia is excellent but you need to be very hungry to eat it as there is a massive amount of well cooked food. The normal menu also is very good value. Forget some of the high flying joints nearby, enjoy good food and get very good value for money. We stayed at the Hotel Emperador which is only a short step away. If you are staying at this hotel and want to visit the restaurant. On leaving the hotel turn right, cross the road go straight ahead for approx 75 mtrs ,turn right at the square pass the tourist info, turn right. straight ahead and turn right again. The small restaurant will be found on your right.
Nice place, but awfully loud to the point of having a problem to maintain a conversation inside. Should do something about it.
Located directly at Plaza Santo Domingo, „La Abadia“ is a perfect place for a fast drink. We had some Tapas (quality avarge) here. Friendly staff. Prices fair.
