Cook Out - Concord

I come a lot and they are always busy waiting so ready. eating is usually on the spot, but tonight my grilled chicken was dry and hard like a rock. I'm still gonna come back because they're usually good. the personal is always so friendly and even if they have a special order, it is always right. I really appreciate that. one of the last places to get a decent meal at a fair price.

On 12/24/22 for cooking, ordered a cheeseburger tablet with 2 sides, the cheese fries a strawberry milkshake. I didn't ask for all the wobbles on my burger. You have to do better. $11.33 for it. milkshake was absolutely terrible. I will be called to compensate, that is unacceptable.

I love cook they have the best shakes I've ever tried. we were there with my children and had the Choco Mint chip and peanut butter banana. they can see and feel the actual peanut butter and banana inside! make sure they do not lactose inlerant because it hits them at the end! food: 5/5

I'm not going here often. Every time I do, I remember why I stop first. the customer service is absolutely ridiculous. I understand that some people are hard to treat, but for those of us who try to be respectful, why not return the quality. I hate it when people are rude. I will not return!

The food is good, but you never get everything you order. Today I ordered strips, fries, and a wrap, but I got a corn dog instead of fries. One time I got an entirely different order down to the drink. The food is good, but hopefully you’re in the mood for whatever the workers decide you’re getting!
