Jack In The Box - Concord

Drive through person was very nice. Food was good and cooked well. Their curly fries are delicious!! their vanilla milkshakes are the bomb. Jack in the Box is new to us so we’re thankful for a yummy fast food burger.

Drove 5-1/2 hours to get tacos since this is the closest Jack in the Box to SE Virginia. It was worth the drive. Ate our fill of tacos for lunch and the staff graciously filled out to go order of 60 tacos to take home with us in a cooler with dry ice. Only disappointment was the absence of the monster taco from the menu.

First time to a Jack in the Box. It was not extraordinary; it was not awful. It was an average fast food, burger and fries place. The large soda was so big I needed a ladder to drink it.

Horrible and rude staff. Our food was cold. My daughter's burger had a hair in it! My drink had an unknown substance that made me sick and tasted awful. That's after waiting for 30 mins in the drive thru. Doors were locked over 2 hours before the dinning room closed, so we couldn't take the food back. After reading the replies, I contacted corporate to see if I can get a refund. This place sucks!

My family is from California, we moved to Virginia, May 2019 to the Hampton Roads area. We have been missing Jack 's delicious variety of tasty comfort foods! So, after over 3yrs and running I Googled: the closest Jack in the Box near me, which was this exact location! We choose one perfect fall day to make our 5 hr one way trip down to our Favorite Fast Place to enjoy the ecstacy of nearly $80 's invested into: tacos, Jumbo Jacks, Egg rolls, seasoned curly fires, chicken strips, Oreo cookie shakes, breakfast sausage sandwiches, hot coffee. I 'm telling U we had a 600lb life type of day..it was all delicious! And the cherry on top was the Service! I really appreciate the care they took with our order! The quality of the food was a delicious taste of home, served with a side of calmness efficiency. Thank U It was worth the 11 hr round-trip Sunday drive from Virginia Beach to Concord, NC to enjoy that yummy, Jack in the Box! The only thing that could make it better is if U, Please bring one to Virginia soon!!! Thanks, Caprice
