Bidra med feedbackI’m disappointed to say that this restaurant is going downhill. I visited recently and ordered a taco salad. The owner, who runs the place alone, forgot to include the beans and overcooked the tortilla in the fryer to the point that it was unusable. By the time he took it out, it was a very dark brown. I decided to give them another chance today and ordered two salsa tacos, paying extra for additional cheese. However, I wasn't able to see how he added the cheese, so I asked him about it. Unfortunately, he lied to me because when I got home, there was no cheese at all. I want to support local restaurants, but I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon. The lowest rating is one star, but I feel this place doesn’t even deserve that. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant.
My typical Go-to was closed today, so I turned away here. It was okay. Not awfully clean or organized (which makes a big difference visually). The food was good. Had the cheese enjoyed being melted or the enchilada to have more taste. The green sauce was cold and just seemed out of a can. Salsa, the name of the restaurant, was okay. Some fresh but missing aroma. The service was good. The prices were average. Probably not come back unless some of these areas are addressed.
This is currently my favorite Mexican restaurant in Concord. The portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable. You can choose between hearty dishes or lighter options. The beef and tripe are both incredibly tender and delicious. If you ask nicely, they can even prepare a pambazo for you.
I had high hopes for this restaurant as I walked in, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I ordered a Super Asada Burrito, which mainly consisted of rice and mostly mixed beans, with very little meat—I could hardly identify it as meat at all. They did provide some chips with my burrito, but I wasn’t given any salsa, and the chips tasted stale. It feels like this place is just a remnant of the pandemic, struggling to stay afloat. Honestly, I would recommend looking for another restaurant if you want to enjoy your meal. I'm so dissatisfied with what I had that I'm currently driving on the highway, trying to remember the name of the place to warn others about my unfortunate experience.
Not bad, I'll come back. Nothing fancy, but the food is good. I wish there was a choice for flour Portia for tacos only corn Portia available). The taste of the corn tortilla overpowers the taste of the taco don't go for it!
