Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Concord

I visited this restaurant on February 21, 2024, and it had a strong smell of garbage. I mentioned this to one of the staff members, and their response was that it was the night crew who doesn't clean properly. I would recommend choosing a different location if you want to spend your $14.00.

I’m sitting here at this locations as I type this review. This is the second time I’ve been at this location and the staff is not friendly at all. I stood looking at the menu for about 5-8 minutes and no one even addressed me when I walked in or even when I was standing at the register. Someone eventually came to take my order. I’m big on customer service and this establishment needs some more friendly faces.

Their smoothies and wraps are delicious! I always order online and it's always ready to pick up when I get there. Restaurant is clean and workers are nice.

Don’t come here worst service ever walked in at 8:50pm denied me service I don’t care if your packing the whole line up that time says 9:00pm meaning you had ten minutes to make one smoothie. Turn that off if it’s not

Each time I order delivery from this restaurant, something is consistently missing from my order. Today, it was my smoothie. I had already communicated with my DoorDasher, who informed me that someone had dismissed them when they inquired about my drink. I called the restaurant to resolve the issue, but management hung up on me! The service at this location is simply unacceptable.
