Jack In The Box - Conroe

Idk, who was on the shift to 7/23 at 1:20, she extra salt on my fries that I swear on my burger, she needed an illumination on the salt

Always get my three egg rolls from Jack in The box so I can't never go wrong with that it's always good hot and ready

Got the popcorn chicken and fries. The good good sauce is not good in my opinion. Every thing else was good, pretty quick at drive thru.

Absolutely horrible customer service, the “manager” that’s working as I type this is very rude and tried telling me that I can’t pay with 2 different cards for 2 different orders, then she proceeded to tell me that if I had cash this wouldn’t be a problem. She also paid for someone else’s food with my card then told me I’d have to wait to get my money back till the next day and because it’s Saturday and tomorrow is Sunday and I would more then likely not get it till Monday, and then told me I couldn’t get my food because I didn’t have the money. Very rude and I will not go back there

So this location gave me food poisoning from the number 13 sourdough chicken sandwich and the chicken was raw and I noticed it after two bites and my stomach has been messed up all night and all day! There was a long line so I'm guessing they rushed my meal and didn't cook the chicken through. Keep in mind I was in line for 25 minutes I couldn't get out the line. The fries were stale and cold... worst pain ever guys. From 2 am at night until now which is 8:00 pm. I will never go back here again. I became dehydrated and had to go to the ER because the cramps from my stomach ache was unbearable. Avoid this place
