Amazing fast food. Always fresh, hot and delicious!!! The best chicken sandwich I've ever eaten. All fast food restaurants that offer chicken sandwiches should note... Seriously...Service always friendly sms efficient... Wonderful...

I'm always so courteous and ask them kindly if they could please drop my items fresh. I inform them that I'm not in a rush so for them to take their time. The guy tells me, I just had some items come up nice and fresh. WRONG luke warm. Please don't fall for that. Just kindly tell them, just to go ahead and drop fresh items. I was so disappointed and at that point just left.

I love this place, but I'm starting to rethink going. The prices have went up too high.. I order the chicken tenders a lot. I would appreciate it if they would start cooking them fresh to order.

I will start off by saying I am a fan of Popeyes for fast good chicken. That being said, I have not had an experience from Popeyes like this. I ordered a 12 piece family meal. We were told to pull to the side so they could make fresh chicken. We were in the drive through. I have no problem with that. The more fresh, the better. About 10 minutes goes by and they bring out our chicken and sides. We go home which is about 5 minutes away. Upon opening the box of chicken, we realize that there are only 8 pieces and 5 of them look like they were under a heat lamp for the better part of the day. They were discolored, dry, and rubbery. It was late so we decided to just eat what we could. Neither of us felt well the rest of the night. I was so disappointed. The sides were good though.

Ordered through the drive thru tonight. After checking my order, I found I was missing 2 pieces of chicken and 2 biscuits. Went back through the drive thru to get my missing food. The manager acted disgusted that she had to fix my order. She closed the window in my face after giving my order to me, never saying a word to me. Terrible customer service. When I got home, this is what I got...**** chicken! Won't be back! Beware!
