Love their Eggplant Parmesan. Atmosphere was not as loud as normal, which was nice but service was slow at 3:30 in the afternoon on a Sunday. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Chicken Parmesan

This was a really sad experience. I felt like I was in the wrong place. Maybe 10 people in the building at 7PM, including employees and customers. Not sure if there was a host, so I sat myself. Only 2 or 3 employees working, not sure who my server was supposed to be a young lady said the servers are all busy but she could get me started. The pace of the service was incredibly slow, she ended up taking my order and bringing my food, so I guess she was my waitress. No refills and the food was lackluster. My side salad looked delicious but came out after I was finished eating my entree and was ready to leave. It was very depressing overall, I remember when the restaurant first opened and the lines and crowds to get in. The fun servers who used crayons to write their names upside down on the table, the delicious fresh loaf of bread, etc. It's too bad this will likely be the last chance I had to eat at a Macaroni Grill and I'm sad this was my last impression.
