Up and beyond great service by the manager, Jamie. Order online and hubs Brooklyn Style Pizza. We had a hard day with the diagnosis of my newborn son at TCH, and she offered us drinks, warm water for the formula of my son and apologized for waiting. We have now decided that this is the only place we get pizza from.

This restaurant offers gluten-free pasta, which is a great advantage. The food is delicious, with separately made sauces that enhance the flavors. The portion sizes are generous; my dish lasted me two days as leftovers. The waitress was polite and accommodating. If you're in the Conroe area, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit!

We really enjoyed the mozzarella cheese sticks, the trio, and chocolate truffle cake. The gnocchi pesto was yummy ? I was so looking forward to this place after so many applauded the service but my server with the purple extensions wasn?t great. She wasn?t rude but definitely not friendly. She didn?t bring us any appetizer plates, we had to ask for refills when the glass was empty and she rushed us out even though we had told her we wanted to take pizza to go. We ordered all 3 courses even dessert. In the end we decided not to grab the pizza since she forced the bill on us even though we were still finishing our dessert. It was Sunday at 4pm and no one else was in the restaurant so not sure her hurry at all.

Atmosphere: Looking from the outside it doesn't look like much being in a strip center kind of area. But once you notice the illuminating sign and step inside, it's a while different atmosphere. There were photos along the wall and a spacious interior. Having the photos of their different size pizzas is a small but helpful gesture for the customer. Service: Service was prompt upon entering in terms or where we wanted to sit, and immediately after we were asked what we wanted to drink. Once our drinks were brought, he asked if we cared for any appetizers and once we ordered our food, he gave us an abundance of selections for our meals. Food came out promptly along with extra cheese and pepper packets. Quality: First off we got the garlic bread and it came with marinara sauce in which it complimented. Another of our guest got the buffalo wings in which you could see the steam come off the wings and bright in color. Eating them was an experience because they weren't spicy but just the right amount of kick and the chicken was flavorful. Our friends got the Buffalo Chicken Ranch Pizza, while we got the Italian Works. Both packed so much flavor and the crust was made just right. If you are craving pizza in the Conroe area, I would recommend giving this place a chance. Definitely try one of their specialty pizzas and you will not be disappointed. Our waitress Jamie was excellent, but the service was a bit slow. She was working alone and had to attend to two large parties at the same time. The food was delicious, but it took a long time to arrive. By the time some people received their meals, others had already finished and had been waiting for quite a while. Since we had a party of eight, the kitchen should have kept the timing tighter, ensuring that the dishes came out within a reasonable interval rather than the 10-15 minutes we experienced between meals. Overall, we were at the restaurant for two and a half hours due to the slow service.
