Bidra med feedbackIf you like food from the region, respects nature and uses local products and herbs, then you will love this restaurant. The lady who served us was able to tell us about the herbs that they collect and use many of whom I had never heard from where the food comes from, how it is made and all food requirements are taken in their tract. We love vegetables and it was nice to see that they were plentiful on the plate and then we were offered later. These were taken happy as they were so full of taste and domestic. The menu is varied, imaginative and not expensive for quality. A little extra at the beginning of the meal was served local goatserac imaginative. At the end of the meal, the Verbena leaves were freshly picked and served from the outside! In addition to the wonderful dishes, wines and local drinks, the service was friendly, efficient and not in a hurry and only to add this, you have a spectacular view from the terrace. This is the best food we have visited in Switzerland in ten years. Do not forget to book or you get no table because the people of Valais come and it is busy. Even stopping a coffee on the terrace is worth it.

A little extra at the beginning of the meal was local goat's sérac served imaginatively. At the end of the meal the verbena leaves were picked fresh from outside and served! In addition to the wonderful food, wine and local drinks the service was friendly, efficient and not hurried and just to add to this you have spectacular views from the terrace. This has been the finest meal we have had in ten years of visiting Switzerland. Don't forget to book or you won't get a table because the people of the Valais come here and it is busy. Even just stopping for a coffee on the terrace is worth it.
