Bidra med feedbackIt seems this location has its fair share of problems ranging from staffing to stalls not working properly. I visit this location 7 to 10 times per week. While unfortunate, I have to say I have yet to encounter anyone who works there with a bad attitude, no matter the circumstances.I don't know if this is due to good mansgement and/or great, team oriented, employees. Kudo's to the Harkrider staff for exceptional customer service!
This would have been 2 stars because the server had 0 personality and motivation. Our food was good, but the drinks were a mess on the outside. I had to pick up the shakes we ordered from the inside after waiting 15 minutes to bring them. She was over the order, even though they were on the table before her. Then the ice mud was only ice in cup with mud above. Return and two more employees helped me right away. If they were my servers from the beginning, this would be 4 stars, as the cream muddle was perfect!
Literally the slowest Sonic I've been to, especially here in Conway. Waited nearly 40 mins for 2 orders of chicken tender dinners and witnessed most of them outside talking. I feel like the cook does most of the work anyways so good job on him. However, I'm never coming back here again.
I order a water waited 10 minutes!!! Cars was Turing around AFTER They WAS TOLD THEY WASNT TAKING ANY FOOD ORDERS!! NO COOK!!! I been over this location but it’s really has went dwn hill!!!
Took forever to get my order out to me when I had an online order set to ASAP. GOT MY FOOD ON ITS SIDE LIKE THIS!!!
