Sonic Drive-in - Conway

It is 8:07 PM on Tuesday, March 30, 2021, and Sonic is closed because no one has shown up for work. If it were my team, I would fire the entire group. If I weren't the manager, I would recommend giving Chris a promotion and a raise for still choosing to serve us. My stars are not for Sonic, but for Chris!

My friend loves to come here for ice cream, and she typically orders about four large cups. The staff knows her well by now and recognizes her regular visits for ice cream. The service here is excellent and speedy.

I had a decent experience at Sonic in Conway. The food was served hot and tasted good, and the staff were fairly polite. My only issue was that when I pressed the button to place my order, it took a few minutes for someone to respond through the microphone. I'm not sure what was happening inside, as it didn't seem very busy. Overall, though, the food was enjoyable.

This would have been 2 stars because the server had 0 personality and motivation. Our food was good, but the drinks were a mess on the outside. I had to pick up the shakes we ordered from the inside after waiting 15 minutes to bring them. She was over the order, even though they were on the table before her. Then the ice mud was only ice in cup with mud above. Return and two more employees helped me right away. If they were my servers from the beginning, this would be 4 stars, as the cream muddle was perfect!

Literally the slowest Sonic I've been to, especially here in Conway. Waited nearly 40 mins for 2 orders of chicken tender dinners and witnessed most of them outside talking. I feel like the cook does most of the work anyways so good job on him. However, I'm never coming back here again.
