Bidra med feedbackI visited this location at 9 p.m. and went through the drive-thru, but the speaker informed me that they were closed. However, I noticed the sign in the window said they were open, and I saw two employees outside smoking. It seemed they were too preoccupied with that to attend to customers. According to their posted hours online, they are supposed to be open until 10 p.m. Come on, Hardee's, you can do better!
The food here is good, but I'm not a fan of the atmosphere. That's just my opinion.
The staff seemed unhappy during our visit. They didn't communicate which items were out of stock, so after placing our order, we were told just a few minutes later that it wasn’t available. They offered us the option to pick something else, but when we tried to reorder, they told us we needed to request a refund instead. Ultimately, we chose to cancel our order. The manager didn't update us on whether our money would be refunded, and appeared unconcerned about our experience. We certainly won't be coming back.
My biscuit was actually quite good compared to my last visit to Hardee's, but the gravy was thin and cold. My son ordered the new biscuit with double sausage and a fried egg, but it wasn't cooked thoroughly. It's better to save your money and just make your egg at home.
I ordered the large Cheeseburger Combo, but when it arrived, it resembled more of a small cheeseburger. It was not only tiny but also quite dry—there was no ketchup, mayo, or mustard, and it came with just a tomato and half a slice of cheese, lacking any salad or pickles. They also didn't have any small cups, so I was given a large cup that contained only a small amount of drink. Overall, it was quite disappointing. I believe many people would choose to spend their time and money at other places.
